KOKOJOO is an innovative, functional cocoa-fruit soft drink made from cocoa bean shells and cocoa juice. Created in Berlin in 2018 by Dayog Kabore, it is the first modern innovation of its kind. KOKOJOO won the Food Start-up Award in 2019 and the SIAL Innovation Award in 2020. KOKOJOO demonstrates that cocoa can be used not only for chocolate, but also as the basis for nutrient-rich soft drinks. Since 2018, Dayog Kabore has developed and launched numerous KOKOJOO varieties, including KOKOJOO Original, KOKOJOO Energize, KOKOJOO Limkoko and KOKOJOO Cobe Copu.
